What happens if there is a claim dispute between Tenant and Landlord?
Canopy has partnered with Hamilton Fraser to provide an independent claims adjudication service.
If the adjudicator deems either side of the disputed charge to be frivolous, the responsible party will be charged a fee of £100 + VAT.
