You will need to agree releasing a flatmate mid-tenancy with your Letting Agent and or Landlord. The remaining tenants can either increase their policy cover for the remaining term of the initial Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement (AST) or find a new tenant who can purchase their share of the deposit free policy.
